This painting leaves room for imagination by asking questions like how high her hair goes, what the rest of her outfit consists of, and what she is staring at in the distance. Cool purples and warm oranges, which are compliment colours tie this piece together and make sense of the impressionistic brushstrokes.
This piece is titled "The Lady" since that is how I referred to her during the painting process. I have to let the lady dry, paint the lady's hair, find the lady a new home ;)
